Notes for William Bradford REED or REID 
  • The Holy Bible (1847) of Mr. Wm B. Reed, Imbert, Nova Scotia,  was inscribed "Presented to C.G. Reed by his Father and Mother".  The entries for the children's names were spelt Reid .... including "William B. Reid born July 13, 1814".   Bible passed down through the estate of Beryl Reed Clegg.
  • Moved to Nova Scotia in 1836.  
  • "Date not recorded as to when they moved to Massachusetts or from where (just that they "came to Massachusetts") and lived for some years in Chelsea, afterwards moved to Somerville."
